Get ready for a day of family fun and adventure at Horsted Keynes & Sheffield Park stations transforms into a vibrant fun fair, courtesy of L & L Leisure! Mark your calendars for a day packed with joy, laughter, and unlimited rides for the kids.

What’s in Store:

Main Fun Fair in the Event Field at Horsted Keynes:
2-3 Children’s Rides: Perfect for our little guests to have a blast!
4 Inflatables: Bounce, jump, and play to their hearts’ content.

Forecourt Fun At Sheffield Park
Vintage Carousel: A classic ride that brings nostalgia and joy.
Swing Boats: A thrilling ride pending final site check.

Ride Unlimited for an Hour:

Kids can enjoy unlimited rides for one hour with a special wristband. Fair staff will distribute wristbands upon ticket verification on the day.

Ticket Pricing:
£15 per child for unlimited rides, includes station admission.
Adults go FREE with a child’s ticket!
Special Offer: Adults accompanying a child with a fairground ticket can access the station for just £5.

Additional Delights:
Candyfloss and Confectionery: Indulge in sweet treats available for purchase.
Drinks: Available at the Station Buffet.

Also throughout the time the fun fair is at our railway, you will have your chance to see Britain’s Newest Steam Locomotive: 32424 ‘Beachy Head’ in action on our service trains!

Important Note:
Due to another event at the station, regular admission fares are elevated. However, adults accompanying a child with a fairground ticket enjoy a special admission rate of £5.

Fun Fair Tickets
Adult Station Admission - can only be purchased with a Childs Fun Fair Ticket	£5.00

Advance tickets - available to purchase until midnight the day before travel.

Upgrades - Rover Tickets are for 3rd class travel only (with the exception of BPRS LIFE Member Rovers which are 1st class). Upgrades to 1st class are available at station booking offices on the day of travel (subject to availability).

**Carer - Must be purchased within a transaction containing at least one full rated fare for an adult or child.

Proof of discount eligability will be required to be shown on the day of travel
National Rail staff /HRA discounts are available on the day only

Facilities:

There are toilets at each of our stations and on some of these services (dependant on carriages on the day)
Food and drink is available to purchase at all of our stations

Parking:

Sheffield Park Station - free parking at the station
Horsted Keynes Station - free parking at the station
Kingscote - NO parking is available at this station
East Grinstead - free blue badge parking (5 spaces). Public parking in East Grinstead

Tickets:

Children under 3yrs (and babies) travel for free and don't need a ticket
Tickets are valid on any Branch Line service on the date(s) specified on the ticket only
Advance tickets are valid for 3rd class travel only - 1st class upgrades are available on the day from the station bopking office (subject to availability)

Seating:

This service offers free seating
customers with 3rd class tickets are free to seat themselves on the trains in any 3rd class seat
customers who purchase a 1st class upgrade on the day may seat themselves in any 1st class seat

We are pleased to offer a specially adapted area for wheelchair users on some departures of this service. Please call our Customer Service Team on 01825 720800 to check availability

Accessible toilets are available at each station, but we regret we have no "Changing Places" toilets, or accessible toilets on our trains

Dogs:

We are pleased to welcome dogs on this service - please keep them on a lead and don't allow them on the seats

Prams/Pushchairs/Buggies:

Prams/pushchairs/buggies are welcome on this service
Foldable/collapsible prams/pushchairs/buggies can be taken into the carriages and stowed by your seat
Non folding/collapsible prams/pushchairs/buggies can be left on the platform, please speak to our station staff at the departure station for futher detail

Booking information

A £1.95 transaction fee will be added per booking for any tickets purchased online.
eTickets are dispatched by email free of charge. You will receive 2 separate emails, a booking confirmation and your tickets.
If you purchase an eTicket, please print off a copy of your eTicket and bring it with you on the day of travel. If you are unable to print off your ticket and wish to bring it with you on a smartphone or tablet, it is advisable to bring a screenshot as mobile signal at some of our stations, and on our trains, is limited.
All bookings made under this online advance discount offer are non-refundable and non-transferable.
