Disclaimer and conditions of booking 

Once made bookings can not normally be re-funded other than in exceptional circumstances (for example if the charter has to be cancelled due to unforeseen operational issues). Final details and meeting times will be confirmed a few days before the charter takes place.

Whilst every effort will be made to run this photo-charter as advertised, the Bluebell Railway can not accept responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances that may entail alteration or cancellation of the event. Participants are requested to provide a phone number so we can attempt to contact you in the event of short notice alteration or cancellation.

The Bluebell Railway can not accept any liability for any personal injury sustained; or loss or damage to any equipment, however caused, during these charters.

Participants must attend a safety briefing which will be held immediately before the photo-charter commences and sign a form to acknowledge their understanding of the safety requirements. Anyone not complying with the safety conditions may be asked to leave the charter at any time.

The act of confirming your booking will be interpreted as acceptance of the conditions set out above.
