- If you are paying with vouchers please enter your voucher code into the VOUCHER CODE box during the booking process.

Tickets for this service are available as e-tickets only. e-tickets are dispatched free of charge. You will receive 2 separate emails, a booking confirmation and your tickets. Tickets will be dispatched 48 hours prior to event date.
If you are unable to print your ticket, you may bring it on a smartphone or tablet. It is advisable to bring a screenshot as mobile signal at some of our stations, and on our trains, is limited.
If you are unable to receive e-tickets, your ticket will be available for collection 15mins before of your service, at the departure station booking office. Please let us know if you would like to use this service.
Tables are allocated automatically during the booking process. Parties from separate bookings will not be seated at the same table.
A non-refundable £2.75 transaction fee will be added per booking for any tickets purchased online or by telephone

Opening times/Customer arrival time and information

* We request that passengers arrive at least 45 minutes before departure time.
* This is a premier service and the dress code aboard the train is ‘smart dress’. Adherence to this code is required, and guests wearing jeans and/or trainers will not be allowed to board. Please ensure all guests in your party are aware of this requirement.

* 1 return trip to East Grinstead.
