The act of booking will be interpreted as acceptance of the conditions set out below.
Whilst every effort will be made to run this photo-charter as advertised, the Bluebell Railway cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances that may entail alteration or cancellation of the event.
Bookings cannot normally be re-funded other than in exceptional circumstances (for example if the charter has to be cancelled due to unforeseen operational issues).
The Bluebell Railway cannot accept any liability for any personal injury sustained; or loss or damage to any equipment, however caused, during these charters.
Participants must comply with the requests of Bluebell Railway officials and provide their own orange high visibility vest which must be worn at all times when on the lineside.
Participants must attend a safety briefing which will be held immediately before the photo-charter commences and sign a form to acknowledge their understanding of the safety requirements. Anyone not complying with the safety conditions may be asked to leave the charter at any time. In such cases no refund will be payable.
Participants must have a reasonable standard of fitness and physical mobility, including being able to safely use ladders to board / leave the train and negotiate uneven ground once on the lineside. Bluebell Railway officials reserve the right to restrict participation if they deem a participant unable to safely take part in the photo-charter. In such cases no refund will be payable.
Final details and meeting times will be confirmed a few days before each charter takes place.
